Step 1 for Pharmaciutical Facility Licensing - Obtaining the initial approval to open a pharmaceutical facility in the State of Qatar

Required Documents

Request to director of pharmacy and drug control department for initial approval.
Application for registration for green land or Application for registration for an existing building.
Copy of I.D of the owner.
Copy of commercial registration, business license
Registration certificate of agents of factories and pharmaceutical companies.

After receiving and reviewing the documents, they are granted:

Initial approval to open a pharmaceutical facility in the State of Qatar.
A letter addressed to the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation, Criminal Evidences and Information Department - Ministry of Interior to obtain a police clearance certificate for the owner.
