The 'Urgent Suspected Cancer Referral' e-service aims to facilitate the referral of patients with suspected cancer to HMC.
This e-service is primarily intended for General Practitioners (GPs) to initiate the referral process when cancer is suspected and aims to accelerate the diagnosis and treatment process for suspected cancer cases, improve communication between general practitioners and specialists, and enhance the tracking and coordination of referrals.
How to Complete the Referral Request:
1. Download and fill-out the referral form (to be completed by the patient's doctor). Be sure to provide all essential information about the patient and the suspected type of cancer.
2. Sending the Form via Email to the Referral Management Office at suspectedcancer@hamad.qa
Please include any required tests (if available).
