The Department of Pharmacy and Drug Control provides this service to owners of pharmaceutical facilities in the event that the ownership of the facility changes from one person to another, so that the name of the new owner can be amended on the license.
The establishment must fill out the data in the form for requesting a change of owner, then submit the form with the required documents and send them via the email below.
Requirements: - Fill out the change of owner application form.
- QID (Current Owner).
- Current Commercial Certificate.
- NOC from the Bank (if any).
- QID (New Owner).
- Original Facility Licensing Certificate.
All documents are sent by email to:inspection&narcotic@moph.gov.qa
After receiving and reviewing the documents:- Issuing a payment authorization for 2000 Qatari riyals.
- Issuing a license for the pharmaceutical facility to the new owner after paying the fees.
