The first step (before construction) for licensing a pharmaceutical factory is obtaining initial approval to establish a pharmaceutical factory within the State of Qatar
Requirements: - Request to Director of Pharmacy & Drug Control Department for initial approval.
- Fill out application of an existing building.
- Copy of commercial registration, business license
- Copy of I.D of the owner
All documents are e-mailed to:
inspection&narcotic@moph.gov.qa
After receiving and reviewing the documents, they are granted: - Initial approval to open a pharmaceutical facility in the State of Qatar.
- Grant a letter addressed to the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation, Criminal Evidence and Information Department, Ministry of Interior, to obtain a police clearance certificate for the owner.
